Every ZOA piece is hand crafted by us so please note that no two orders will be exactly alike. Your item may vary slightly from the photograph. We hope you will appreciate these small differences as much as we do!
We recommend cleaning the item with a damp cloth to safeguard the piece for as long as possible. Do not use abrasive materials or solvents on surface.
Our items are made to order and we are not able to keep a large stock at all times but we do our best so the order can be shipped as soon as possible! In order to keep up with our production schedule, we take a break from the studio one day a week to pack and ship all your orders. You’ll get an email when your order is getting shipped so please have that in mind. If it’s been more than a week and you didn’t receive the notification, contact us via email and we’ll look into it. We ship everything with a tracking number and once it’s out of our possession, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages or parcels that are held up by customs.
Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout and are calculated based on location and package weight. For the products located outside Europe, shipping rates will also be calculated at the checkout. International shipping is available to most countries. If your country is currently not available, please contact us and we will check with our postal services.
The orders are shipped with regular postal service outside Poland and with InPost service in Poland. If you would like to have them shipped with a courier, please contact us before your purchase.
Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders outside of the area where the product is located. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we can’t offer an estimation and they will be paid by the client when the product is delivered.
Please note that most of our products are personalized or made to order. As such, we ask you to consider your purchase carefully before finalizing it because we do not accept returns or refunds for made to order items. We have chosen not to make each item in advance to avoid overproduction and ensure the best quality possible.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs if the buyer didn’t accept the package during delivery or didn’t pick it up on time from local postal office.
We send your order to the address you’ve provided us with. Unless you email us and ask us to send it elsewhere, we cannot be held responsible for lost orders. Please carefully enter your address and double check it before purchasing; if you notice a mistake get in touch asap or your order will be sent to the address you typed in.
